Cairo Festival City Mall has won the prestigious award for “Best Customer Experience for 2020” for the 4th consecutive year.
The awards ceremony was held by Business Today magazine on 30th March 2021 in the presence of ministers and economic personalities from governmental and private institutions.
The prestigious bt100 award received by CFC Mall was recognized by an evaluation committee that includes a number of high-ranking public figures; taking into consideration market studies and researches that utilize a set of criteria in assessing the activities of companies operating in different markets.
Cairo Festival City Mall was recognized for its ability to instantly and efficiently adjust its business strategy during the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus to ensure that its customers continue to receive the best experience no matter the circumstances.
Despite the difficulties, the Mall continued to develop creative campaigns and rewarded its customers with exciting promotions that delighted them with instant prizes and fun activations throughout the year, while maintaining the safety of visitors and staff with necessary precautions. The Mall also successfully launched innovative services and digital solutions that facilitate the shopping experience, including payment programs that ease customers’ financial burdens.
Receiving TripAdvisor’s Travelers Choice Award 2020 followed by the prestigious BT100 Award serves as a testament to the community’s recognition of the Mall’s diversified efforts in offering a one-of-a-kind holistic customer experience.
