Get active for free in this year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge with Festival Plaza, Jebel Ali
Festival Plaza to offer free Zumba classes for the family throughout the entire fitness month running from October 29 – November 27
Returning for its fifth year, the annual month-long celebration of fitness and wellness is finally here! At this year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge, Festival Plaza joins in once again on all the fitness fun encouraging residents and tourists alike to get active and participate in exciting activities and workouts for 30 days.
Throughout the Dubai Fitness Challenge running from October 29 until November 27, Festival Plaza has a little treat for your dancing feet! Everyone in the community is invited to join the free Zumba sessions hosted daily at the mall. Shake away the stress after school and working hours with sessions starting at 7.30pm daily during weekdays and 10am in the weekends, allowing for fitness to kickstart your day with a little sweat to help energize and balance the mind, body, and soul while still carrying on with your weekend plans.
